In regards to the GreatDomains.com domain auction you listed above (I know that one is over by now, maybe you even own those names now :) what kind of trademark concerns would there be with buying a name like fattuesday.com? Since it is a generic name/holiday would that free you from any potential trademark problems say with the company that owns fat-tuesday.com (I do like their drinks btw ;) or any of the other FAT TUESDAY related trademarks as shown in USPTO?

***FS***  I would think it depends on the use..  speak to your IP counsel but the term &quot;Fat Tuesday&quot; has been around long before said drink-maker decided to capitalise on it to peddle their libations.  They didn&#039;t coin the phrase..  Fat Tuesday relating to Mardi Gras sounds patently generic and I would think, is certianly defensible in the courts (to my way of thinking..  my opinion..  not legal advice..  I am not a lawyer)</description>
