I think we’re going to see alot more headlines like this in the future. Not because of an increase in Cybersquatting, but rather because:
A) An increasing number of brand holders begin to discover already existing variations of their mark registered as domains and finally step-up to do something about it.
B) An increasing number of unscrupulous entities try their hand spinning the UDRP roulette wheel as a potentially cheap method of acquiring very valuable generic domain names by unseating innocent parties with good names who were first to register.
